Xtophers understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation for a cut or 48 hours for a Color Service. Clients will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount anytime past that.
When doing a large color change or correction, we request a consultation and a deposit to be taken prior to the service.
Typically, arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment is considered late. Please give the salon a courtesy call, we will work with you as best we can or rescheduling may be an option.
If you are running more 30 minutes late, it may be difficult to achieve your desired end result. Please call us to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If we have to reschedule, cancellation fee costs may be applicable.
